About
NFC aims to increase the proportion of Hoosiers NOT exposed to secondhand smoke through policy change and community education. Theses efforts are multi pronged and take a community wide, multi sector approach.
Our Focus Areas
Multi-unit Housing - outreach and education efforts, encouraging tenants to know the policy where they live, ask when signing new leases and assisting properties who adopt smoke-free policies in all of their units and buildings.
Breath Easy Beech Grove - localized efforts to increase tobacco prevention education and cessation efforts in Beech Grove, encouraging a community to adopt a smoke-free air policy that covers all work places.
